Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us. Name, company, email address, phone number, project location, budget range, timeline and the project details you type into the inquiry form, or send by email, text or phone.
• Technical information. Standard web server and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring page, device type and browser. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a scope, schedule and budget.
• To deliver a project you have engaged us for, including coordinating crew and vendors.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and contractual purposes.
• To improve the website and understand which content is useful.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your project details with anyone who is not working on your project. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website functions without advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled in future — for example Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn — they will be disclosed here, and any consent mechanism required in your jurisdiction will be presented before those tags load.

Service providers

We use third parties for hosting, email and, where a project requires it, file delivery and scheduling. Website inquiry forms are relayed to our email through FormSubmit. These providers process data on our behalf for the purpose of providing their service.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, for the period required by our contractual, accounting and tax obligations. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email artfestproduction@gmail.com and we will action it.

Media and releases

Photography and video produced for a client belong to that engagement and are governed by its contract. We do not publish images of people or client work without the permissions agreed in that contract.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
