Events
We don't just cover events.
We build moments.
Run the room, cover the room, and publish it while it still matters.
Scope
End to end, or exactly the part you are missing.
Some clients hand over the entire programme. Others have a producer and need a media team that will not need managing. Both are written the same way: one document, one point of contact, one schedule.
- Run of show, vendor and venue coordination
- Stage, lighting and AV production coordination
- Multi-camera capture, photography and livestream
- Roaming social teams and interview capture
- On-site editing for same-day publishing
- Recap film and post-event content package

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Either. We take full event production including run of show, vendors and stage coordination, and we also work as the media team alongside an existing event producer.
Yes, with a dedicated on-site edit position. Same-day delivery is planned and staffed in advance rather than improvised on the night.
Yes. Events are produced across all 50 states, with local crew engaged where that is the better call for the market.
As early as the date is fixed. Large programmes benefit from six to twelve weeks of planning; short-notice coverage is possible when crew and gear are available, and we will say plainly if they are not.
